The problem is not your lack of willpower - it is that everything you have been taught about food and nutrition are wrong. Nutrition science has changed - rapidly. We now know that current healthy eating advice is outdated, doesn't work and is fuelling the obesity epidemic.
I teach my clients the complexities of metabolic health. I teach them exactly why what they are currently doing isn't working. I look at their whole life - sleep, stress, exercise, routine, nutrition, mental health. Then we formulate a plan that suits that person.
